Psycho Diary utilizes Sigmund Freud's concepts of the self: the id ("the Child"), ego and superego ("the Parent").
The “Child” personality is fun-loving, uninhibited, quick and immature. It seeks to enjoy life to the fullest. It wants to be healthy, happy, secure and have sex. It hates being sick, lonely, bored and unloved.
The "Ego" personality is smart, ambitious, goal-oriented and insecure. It pays a tremendous amount of attention to life goals. It hates being put down, disrespected, disliked or under-appreciated.
The "Parent" personality is wise, dispassionate, deliberate, opinionated and harsh. It likes to issue its stamp of approval on anything and everything. Its goal is to get the "Child" and the "Ego" to do the right thing.
Psycho Diary helps identify and resolve inner conflicts, release hidden emotions, address past memories, traumas and personal issues.
